The Victorian Junior Panel Program is the panel of referees appointed by the VJBL to the Victorian Junior Championship Leagues. Nominations are also made from this panel for the National Junior Championships and then to the Senior Panel ranks to referee the likes of the Big V, SEABL, WNBL and NBL.
