Peter has been involved in Representative Basketball Administration for 11 years, 7 years solely as the NWC Administrator and in last four seasons as the Administrator of both Regional Competitions (NWC & EQ) of the VJBL.

Peter’s office for the Regional Competitions is based at the Keilor Basketball Stadium.

He was awarded Administrator of the Year in 2004 for Victoria from Basketball Australia

Peter has a background in many sports, particularly basketball, football and cricket he has officiated in all three codes and counts umpiring a Gold Medal game in Basketball at the World Masters as one of his most memorable sporting moments.

David Hickman is a long serving volunteer to junior basketball. He initially became involved in 1965 as a coach, organizer at club level & then from 1969 committee member & involvement in fixtures.

David's professional background is primarily in education. He holds a PHD in Sociology and was a Professor at Latrobe University for many years before taking on the role of Venues Coordinator at Eltham. David retired from this role in 2000 but continues to fulfil many volunteer roles within the sport.

David's continued service to the sport has seen him receive many accolades, he is a Life Member of Basketball Victoria BV, he has received   Administrator of Year awards from both Basketball Australia and Basketball Victoria, he has also been awarded an OAM for service to sport.

Away from his role with the VJBL, David is the Vice President of the EDJBA, EWBC Executive, Chairperson EBC Co-op, Saturday Boys’ Selection Adviser.

Ed was elected Chairman of the North West in 2007.

Ed's first involvement in the League was through the domestic program at the Sunshine Basketball Association. He recognised that the local community and children would benefit from participating in the elite sporting program that the league provides.

Away from the court, Ed a Life Member and past Treasurer of the RMIT Underwater Club and is a Quality, Safety and Environmental Manufacturing Manager, an industry he has worked in for the past 29 years.
