Camp Details

The Golden Star Boomers will be conducting a camp 7 – 13 August in Melbourne as part of their preparation for the 2010 World Championships. Basketball Australia is offering the opportunity for 2 young athletes to attend each training sessions, typically 9.00am – 11.30am & 5.00pm – 8.00pm.

This position only applies to the Boomers Camp in Melbourne, 7 – 13 August, with trainings being conducted at either the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre or Caulfield Grammar School. Please note this is a volunteer position.

Responsibilities

During the camp assist the National Operations Manager with the following responsibilities;

Continual hydration of the players. Rebounding during shooting exercises Score keeper & shot clock operator for scrimmages Floor wiper

NB: Each Junior Assistant will receive a Boomers T-Shirt.
